| Well the holiday season is almost here and that means it is time for our annual Youth Christmas Play. The performance date for this production is Sunday, December 13th at 10:00 a.m. This year the play is entitled “A Candy Kane Christmas” about Candy Kane, a not-so-happy teen who is convinced that all her troubles would be over if she could just change her unusual name. But her parents believe that Candy is perfect just as she is and that her name is wonderful and unique. Candy enlists the help of her three best friends, Sarah, Lori, and Grace, to help her attempt a radical name and image makeover. The makeover backfires in a series of comical mishaps that leads Candy to discover that reinventing herself is much harder than she ever imagined. Along her journey of self-discovery, some new friends help Candy remember to be more appreciative of all that she has as the true meaning of Christmas finds its way into her heart. The cast features almost all of the Chosen Generation Youth Group. Be sure to invite the whole family to this once-a-year event.
